jl audio (ABN 26 153 982 362, Perth, Western Australia) collects only what you give us: your name, email, the details you put in a project form, and any audio files or links you send. This information is used to reply to you, quote and deliver the work, and keep a record of the job.

Project details are stored in Notion and on Google Drive. This site is hosted on Cloudflare's network, which may log request metadata. Outbound email is sent via Resend, a US-based email delivery provider that processes the message content and recipient address; incoming email is received in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else, and audio is never used for anything but your project.

Because of this, some of your information may be processed outside Australia — on Cloudflare's network and by Resend (which uses infrastructure in a Tokyo, Japan region) — while incoming mail stays within Microsoft 365's Australian datacentres.

Testimonials are only published with your permission, which you give on the review form. You can ask for your details or files to be corrected or deleted at any time by emailing hello@jacoblewis.com.
